Role: Concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, stamped and colored concrete

Construction Manager: Hunzinger Construction Co.

Summary: The Bayshore Mall Redevelopment Project increased retail space to 1 million square feet, created room for 180 retailers, increased office space to 275,000 square feet, & created 150 condos and apartments with two parking decks.

Black Diamond was proud to be a part of the Hunzinger team of subcontractors that completed this project 8 months ahead of schedule.

Award: Black Diamond was one of a few select subcontractors in 2006 to be awarded Hunzinger’s yearly Award for Excellence. This award was given to Black Diamond for our "Exemplary Dedication to Excellence & Customer Satisfaction, Striving to Exceed Industry Standards through Continuous Quality Improvement."
