I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for a job well done on the Bay Shore Redevelopment project. I could not be happier or feel more fortunate to have had Black Diamond as a prime subcontractor on this exceedingly difficult project. The difficulty in performing the site paving work far exceeded anything I have ever encountered in my 23 plus years of construction experience. They did not let me down even a single time. On the contrary they exceeded my high expectations on many occasions. The Bay Shore Project required special contractors with the ability to change direction and focus on a moments notice, deal with a plethora of subcontractors, both Hunzinger's as well as those hired by the owner for tenant build-outs. I could not be happier with Mark, Stan, and especially Mike Miller (Black Diamond foreman) as well as their hard working crew. All of their men, without exception kept their focus on the project and schedule while not loosing site of the quality required by a very demanding owner.
In conclusion, I could not feel more fortunate to have had Black Diamond as my site paving contractor, and look forward to working with them again in the future.
